2006.
"The Company had developed a strong "open and inclusive
culture". People throughout the Company worked as a team
to ensure that the standards and expectations set were maintained
and that they continually strived to look for opportunities to improve,
in terms of developing new clients, relationships, and working methods.
They had developed a mix of highly skilled, committed and motivated
employees, where managers led by example and opportunities for learning
and development were made available at all levels.
There was a "family" ethos and the culture and values
were evidenced through the strong relationships built within the
Company and with sub-contractors, where there were high levels of
respect and mutual trust that had been developed as a key objective
of the business strategy". |
